The Challenge & Hand Stamped Sentiments...Make a Wish



 Hey everyone,

 

Here is a quick card I put together during my lunch hour for this week's The Challenge and Hand Stamped Sentiments: 

 

 

 

 

I was curious about the inspiration photo over at The Challenge, since I've always wanted to give the chalkboard technique a try, so I knew I wanted to incorporate that into my card.  The sketch over at Hand Stamped Sentiments was perfect.

 

 

 

Supplies:

Paper: Soft Sky, Whisper White, Basic Black, Basic Grey (SU!); Stamps: Flower Shop (SU!), Big Wishes (IBS); Ink: Whisper White Craft, Blushing Bride, So Saffron (SU!); Tools: Classic Circle  (Spellbinders); Other: Square Lattice Embossing Folder (SU!), Create a Critter Cricut Cartridge (for the leaves), Soft Sky Seam Binding Ribbon, small pearls for the flowers.

PP236.. Clean and Simple Card

Hi everyone,

 

Today, I am sharing a  clean and simple card I made following The Paper Players Challenge.

 

                                        

 

I once again went with another Mother's Day card.  These are definitely my favorite cards to make.

Ink: Real Red, Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie

HSS Sketch Challenge...Early Mother's Day Card

Hi Everyone,

 

I'm here to share a card I made inspired by Hand Stamped Sentiments Sketch Challenge.  I know it's a bit early, but I want to get a head start on Mother's Day cards.

I've seen lots of beautiful cards on Pinterest using Black and Calypso Coral color combo, so I wanted to give it a whirl.

Paper: Whisper White, Calypso Coral, Basic Grey, Basic Black

Ink:  Basic Black

Tools: Scallop Trim Border

Accessories: Calypso Coral Seam Binding Ribbon, Black and White Baker's Twine, Pearl, Black and White Washi Tape
