PP209....Cake Pop Birthday

Happy Sunday,

I have a fun card I put together for this week's The Papers Players.  This week is a Clean-and-Simple Child's Birthday theme challenge.

My card:

I started out with Whisper White card base.  I created a yummy-looking cake pop.  I used 1 3/8" circle  punch to make the cake circle.  I then created the frosting with the negative part of the pink glittery card stock using the Martha Stewart Drippy Goo Halloween punch.   I adhered a lollipop stick and attached a bow using pink/white Baker's Twine.  The sentiment is from Inspired by Stamping The Sky's the Limit, and was stamped in Early Espresso ink.

I'm also linking up to Inspired by Stamping - August Customer Gallery & Seize the Birthday - Anything Goes.

Thanks for taking a peek,
