Today, I am sharing a card for this week's Freshly Made Sketches. Jen M. created this great sketch:
My card:
Last month. my blog friend, Colleen Dietrich from Dietrich Designs, created a Masculine Christmas Card using pages from a dictionary - she photocopied the page with the definition for "Christmas tree" and used it on her card. You can see it HERE. During the Christmas Holidays, I went to a thrift shop, purchased a dictionary for $2.00 and photocopied the page with the definition of "Love" and used it as the background for my card. I thought it was the perfect paper to go with the typewriter! The image and sentiment is from SU! You're My Type (retired). I added a small heart with a tiny pearl and some Riding Hood Red ribbon.
Thanks so much for stopping by,
