Hello everyone,
I have a card to share for this week's Merry Monday. We were asked to create a Christmas card using Red, Green and Kraft, with a choice of Ribbon, Twine or Burlap. I incorporated both Ribbon and Burlap.
My card:
I began with Crumb Cake, followed by Real Red and Authentique Collection: Joyous patterned paper. The ovals were die-cut from Whisper White and Real Red card stock using the classic oval spellbinders. I stamped the sentiment from SU! Snow Swirled in Tuxedo Black ink, and added some curls using SU! Priceless Stamp Set. I then took some burlap, die-cut it with the largest die using the Labels 18 and adhered it behind the sentiment. A strip of red taffeta ribbon was added on the right hand side of the card, along with a double bow. To add balance to the card, I used Spellbinders Shapabilities Layered Poinsettia die to create a small poinsettia.
I'm linking up at Link Up Tuesday.
Thanks for joining me today,
