The Card Concept...Monochromatic Purple

Happy Tuesday,

Just popping in quickly to share a card I made for this week's The Card Concept Challenge.  We were asked to create a card using the color purple.  I think my card is Clean and Layering.

I have a card to share with you for this week's The Paper Players Challenge.  This week's theme is "Mother"

 

 

Since I'm posting 3 different cards for 3 different challenges, I will make this short and sweet.

 

Card Recipe:

 

Paper:  Authentique Collection: Flourish  (I like the soft vintage look), Pool Party

Stamps: SU! Stippled Blossoms and SU! Con Amor, Mama

Ink:  Smokey Slate and Pool Party

Accessories:  Square Lattice embossing folder, pearls, large oval punch, scallop oval punch

The weekend is finally here!  I have a card to share with you for this week's Freshly Made Sketches. 

 

The card base is Crushed Curry, and the pretty patterned papers are from Pink Paislee.  I stamped the leaves from the Fabulous Florets stamp set in Smokey Slate ink, and stamped the flowers in Crushed Curry ink, fussy cut them and adhered them to the oval layer.  The patterned paper is broken up a bit with a piece of gray card stock.  The sentiment is computer generated.  I added a pearl to each flower to finish off the details.
