ATCAS & Colour Me..! Happy Birthday

 
Hey Friends!
 
I have a quick card to share with you today.  I am using the new palette from Colour Me.. along with
Addicted to CAS Challenge #53 (dots):

The stamp set I used was Inspired by Stamping The Sky's the Limit.  It was my only stamp set with dots.  I simply added a few sparkling clear sequins to finish off the details.

    I still love this set by IBS! I like the clean layout you used for the balloons and clouds. Gives it an ethereal look. :)
