I found this new card challenge and decided to give it a try! It's the Dynamic Duos #14 challenge. When I saw the colors, I immediately thought of Halloween, but after some thought, I decided to do something different.
My card:
I haven't used tags in awhile, so I decided that would be the focal point of my card. I pulled out my SU Designer Series Paper Patterns (retired), and used Pumpkin Pie & Wild Wasabi paper. I rounded the corners of the tags with the corner punch. I criss-crossed the two tags, made a hole, inserted an eyelet using the Crop-A-Dile (which you can't see), and added a pretty orange bow. The flower is from Inspired By Stamping Store called Daisies. I stamped the flower on Memento Rich Cocoa ink, colored with Copic Markers (YR02, YR04 and YR07), and popped it up with foam mounts. At the bottom of the card, I added a stripe of SU ribbon, and a piece of thin green paper that I ran through the crimper. For the final touch, I added two green brads.
I hope you like it. Thanks for looking!
Love the ribbons you used! Beautiful card!
